Through surrender and simplicity, the 5Rhythms offers a doorway to presence and participation in life as it is. Rather than withdrawing from life in search of peace or center, this practice invites engagement, where meaning and fulfillment arise through participation, responsibility and the impact we have in the living world.

This workshop is an offering for those who wish to deepen their relationship to the Practice, the Tradition, and the Cosmology of 5Rhythms.

This workshop brings together two distinct — and at times contrasting — understandings of 5Rhythms as a spiritual practice.

Rather than presenting a unified method, the work holds a living paradox at the heart of human experience: we experience ourselves as separate, bounded individuals, and yet we belong to something fundamentally unified. Both perspectives are explored not conceptually, but through direct bodily experience.
